Getting Started with Your thunkk. Email
This guide will walk you through everything you need to start using your new thunkk. email address. We’ve kept things as simple as possible — no technical knowledge needed!
Your email address has already been set up and is ready to use. Before you begin, you’ll receive a separate email from us with your personal login password. Keep that safe!
Your email address: [CLIENT EMAIL ADDRESS] Your password: We’ll send this to you separately and securely by email.
Option 1 — Access Your Email Online (Quickest & Easiest)
You don’t need to install anything for this option. All you need is a web browser (like Chrome, Safari, Edge, or Firefox).
Step 1 — Open your web browser and go to: https://mail.hostinger.com
Step 2 — Type in your full email address (e.g. yourname@yourdomain.co.uk)
Step 3 — Type in your password (from the separate email thunkk. sent you)
Step 4 — Click Log In
That’s it! You’re in. You can now send, receive, and manage your emails from any device, anywhere in the world.

Option 2 — Set Up Email in Microsoft Outlook
If you use Outlook on your Windows PC or Mac, follow these steps to add your new email account.
Step 1 — Open Outlook on your computer
Step 2 — Click File in the top-left corner, then click Add Account
Step 3 — Type in your full email address, click Advanced options, tick Let me set up my account manually, then click Connect
Step 4 — Choose IMAP when asked what type of account
Step 5 — Enter the incoming mail settings:
- Server: imap.hostinger.com
- Port: 993
- Encryption: SSL/TLS
Step 6 — Enter the outgoing mail settings:
- Server: smtp.hostinger.com
- Port: 465
- Encryption: SSL/TLS
Step 7 — Enter your password when prompted and click Connect
Your emails will now appear in Outlook within a few moments.
💡 Tip: If Outlook asks for your username, always use your full email address (e.g. yourname@yourdomain.co.uk).
Option 3 — Set Up Email on iPhone or iPad (Apple Mail)
Step 1 — Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad
Step 2 — Scroll down and tap Mail, then tap Accounts, then Add Account
Step 3 — Tap Other at the bottom of the list, then tap Add Mail Account
Step 4 — Fill in your details:
- Name: Your name as you’d like it to appear when you send emails
- Email: [CLIENT EMAIL ADDRESS]
- Password: Your password (from thunkk.’s separate email)
- Description: thunkk. Email (or whatever you’d like to call it)
Step 5 — Make sure IMAP is selected at the top, then enter:
Incoming Mail Server:
- Host Name: imap.hostinger.com
- Username: [CLIENT EMAIL ADDRESS]
- Password: Your password
Outgoing Mail Server:
- Host Name: smtp.hostinger.com
- Username: [CLIENT EMAIL ADDRESS]
- Password: Your password
Step 6 — Tap Next, then Save
Your emails will now start appearing in the Apple Mail app.
Option 4 — Set Up Email on an Android Phone
Step 1 — Open the Gmail app on your Android phone
Step 2 — Tap the menu icon (three lines, top-left), scroll down and tap Settings
Step 3 — Tap Add account, then tap Other
Step 4 — Type in your full email address and tap Next
Step 5 — Choose Personal (IMAP) when asked
Step 6 — Enter your password and tap Next
Step 7 — Enter the incoming server settings:
- Server: imap.hostinger.com
- Port: 993
- Security type: SSL/TLS
Step 8 — Enter the outgoing server settings:
- Server: smtp.hostinger.com
- Port: 465
- Security type: SSL/TLS
Step 9 — Tap Next, give your account a name, then tap Done
Option 5 — Set Up Email on a Mac (Apple Mail)
Step 1 — Open the Mail app on your Mac
Step 2 — In the menu bar, click Mail, then Add Account
Step 3 — Select Other Mail Account and click Continue
Step 4 — Enter your name, email address, and password, then click Sign In
Step 5 — If it doesn’t connect automatically, enter:
- Account type: IMAP
- Incoming server: imap.hostinger.com
- Outgoing server: smtp.hostinger.com
Step 6 — Click Sign In, tick Mail, then click Done
